  1. I fixed it, i flashed the bois and put it into recovery mode and it booted fine and its all working

  3. i held down the power button for a minute, with the battery out, and still no post.
  4. Yeah, there is no display, although my monitor does pick up that there is a signal.
  5. The motherboard is an intel DQ77MK, and there is no bios reset switch. I took out the battery once for ten minutes, but i have read an article that you should leave it out for a while(1 hour our more).
  6. I had the 'Media Test Failure' message appear when booting, so i tried to fix the problem by changing the boot mode from Legacy to UEFI. After i did this my computer restarted and would not post, although all the components started up including the HDD which i changed it on. I have already checked ram and taken out the motherboard battery for a good 10 mins. This is also a brand new system that i had booted for the first time yesterday. Here are the pc specs: Cpu: i5 3570 Mobo: Intel DQ77MK Ram: 2x2gb Corsair VS2GB1333D3 Gpu: EVGA gtx 480 Psu: Thermaltake 600w 80+ Bronze HDD: Samsung Spinpoint F3 1tb
