  1. Hi there, I just got a Samsung Galaxy S20+ 4G and I'm a bit baffled by this issue: when I send voice notes with whatsapp or telegram, the quality is very bad: the notes are kinda muffled, distant and low-fi. I instantly noticed that, and so did my contacts. The quality is WAY worse than it was on my LG G6. BUT if I record my voice using the dedicated app, the quality is superb. I tried to see if it was the "low data usage for calls" option on whatsapp but that's not the issue (that option is unchecked). What the hell is going on? Thanks
  2. Would you buy a OnePlus Nord for 400€/$ or a Huawei P30 Pro for about 450€/$? I'm talking about brand new for both phones. The Huawei P30 Pro is a phone that came out more than a year before the OnePlus Nord, but I think it is still a better phone with faster CPU, better cameras, and it can still be a very good phone for the next two years. BUT I have to consider the P30 Pro won't get as many updates as the OnePlus and could have a battery that's not anymore at 100% health how it was when it was manufactured. What would you choose?
  3. P30 Pro has Google Apps and everything, since it's a 2019 model. At least, here in Europe it's like that. 100% sure!
  4. Hi there, I'm thinking about buying a Huawei P30 Pro, that is a perfect phone for features and current price (at least for me). For it specs and with Huawei support, it will still be a top phone even in 2021. I only have one doubt; the phone obviously would come with a battery that's already at least one year old. How much would this affect its life span? I'm force to change my LG G6 just because of battery problems: I replaced the original battery but every single replacement I can find online was manufactured in 2017, so they are batteries with already 3 years of life (even if they were not used) and they last much less than the original one did when it was new. MUCH. LESS. Any advice?
  5. Yes, in the slots suggested by the motherboard manual.
  6. Hi there, on my recently built PC (specs on the signature) I have POST problems. Since when I enabled DOCP, sometimes the system doesn't even post. When it does post, then it loads the OS without any problem and there's no issue at all. But many times, let's say 5 times out of 10, it does not post and it just remains stuck with a blank screen. The reset button doesn't work and the only way to power off is holding the power button for 10 seconds. Most of the times it does that only once and then it boots, but every once in a while it can go into that stuck state many times in a row before "reawakening", making me waste a lot of time. As soon as I turned off the DOCP the problem vanished. WTF? Could it be a model of RAM not 100% compatible with the motherboard? Thanks
  7. Hello, thanks for all the replies, I will read them carefully. I missed them because I thought this forum had email notifications As I just put in my signature, I don't have the stock cooling but a Cryorig H5. ANYWAY, since when I enabled DOCP, sometimes the system doesn't even post. When it does post, then it loads the OS without any problem and there's no issue at all. But many times, let's say 5 times out of 10, it does not post and it just remains stuck with a blank screen. As soon as I turned off the DOCP the problem vanished. WTF
  8. The DOCP was a doubt I had because as soon as I tried to turn it on a discouraging message popped up, so I turned it back off instantly. Thanks. At this time I don't want any overclock, I just want to be sure everything is running properly and nothing is acting as a bottleneck!
  9. Hi, I wonder if someone could help me tweak the bios settings for this hardware: - Asus X570-P - Ryzen 3700X - G.Skill Aegis 2x16GB PC 3200 F4-3200C16D-32GIS So far I touched nothing in the bios, because I have very few clues. Thanks a lot!
  10. Well I don't know what to say. Today I tried again booting it up (without any changes made from yesterday) and well, it didn't boot. THEN almost for no reason I tried too boot again with a USB Win10 bootable stick inserted... WELL, it did boot! WTF? Then at the Windows 10 install screen I shut down the system, tried to boot again without the USB, and from that time on it always booted with no problems. I then updated the bios (it was from february 2019!) and I proceeded to install Windows 10, no problems whatsoever, everything perfect. I'm puzzled to say at least.
  11. I tried both the GPU and the motherboard HDMI output. None works. I also tried to plug the PC on my Dell U3014 because I know some screens have problems displaying bios (a Sony TV could have). It didn't work. I didn't see any debug led.
  12. Hi there, I'm building a PC with this hardware:- Asus Prime X570P- Ryzen 5 3600- Enermax Liqimax III Argb- Corsair TX650m- Western Digital SSD 500GB- G.Skilll 16gb (2x8)- Gigabyte Geforce 2080 SuperThe system turns on, with all the fans operational, but I don't get a video signal (i tried on a Sony Bravia TV via HDMI) or any power in my USB keyboard. At first I thought it was because the TX650m only has a 8 pin ATX connector, while the motherboard has a 12 (8+4) pin connector. Then I read the 4 extra pins are only used for extreme overclock. Then I read it could be because the mainboard has an old bios version, but as far as I could find the mainboards affected by this should be only B450/X470 series, and I have a X570P. What could be the problem? Thanks a lot!
