  1. Steam, bethesda, roblox, minecraft all launch stuff fine, but epic games crashes if I try to launch something.
  2. Gpu (rx 6800 msi trio) requires three 8 pin pcie connectors for power. My 650w corsair non modular psu only comes with two 8 pin pcie connectors. I’ve tried running it without the extra one and the gpu fans spin but the pc doesnt post

  4. i booted the pc with only one stick in the first and swapped them around and they both work, i think i need a new motherboard
  5. 1. would the bios show that both dimm slots are populated if something was defective 2. i dont have an iGPU
  6. Only half of the 16gb of ram i installed is usable. task manager says it's hardware reserved? Possibly useful information: ram: patriot viper 16gb 3200 mhz motherboard: msi b450m pro vdh max os: windows 10 edit: i've already cleared the cmos and confirmed that both ram sticks work
  7. i think the stick is defective. if i swap the sticks around then the pc doesnt boot at all
  8. I have the 2 sticks installed dual channel as the motherboard manual instructs. In the bios, it says i have 2 8gb sticks of ram installed but that i only have 8gb installed.

  12. the psu is semi-modular and doesn't have any other place where the gpu could be plugged in, other than the fan plug. The cable was bought 2nd hand from a shady website so that sounds like it could be the problem
  13. There's a 6-pin connector and an 8-pin connector in this 2070 super. When the 6-pin is connected to the psu the pc works, but when both are plugged in it doesnt work at all. Why?
