How would i get hold of a first gen? I dont have any other hardware?

New to PC building. Just finished my first build and then try to plug it in and get into bios. Nothing. The fans spin up and leds come on on the components, gpu included, but nothing on the monitor. I know the monitor works because ive tested it with other outputs and it works. ryzen 5 2600x Asus Prime B350 plus 2x8gb 3000hz RAM sapphire nitro+ rx 570 4Gb Gembird 450w psu tried:clearing the bios with the battery; reseating ram and gpu. Checked all the power connections but nothing. I have the hdmi cable in the gpu not the motherboard so its not that either. Just really dont have a clue.The motherboard and the GPU are second hand however I trust the mobo seller but unsure about the gpu seller
