i think 16 gb are more than enough when you don't do 4k or higher video editing, i wouldn't go for the 2tb ssd but use hdd. combine that with the used price for a 1060 6gb and you probably will get a 2060su/2070 that would be the best choice in my opinion and don't waist for then 15 bucks on the x variant

it is intel so max 3rd gen pci and spend the extra money a more storrage or laptop with better gpu

there is a hot spot on one of the sides beacuse all cores are there there is a good viedo from der8auer

stick with the old ssd for the games and get a hdd for games you don't play at the moment or smaller games because 2 instead of 0.5 sec isn't to bad

Need some advice ... I am looking at getting a Ryzen 9 3900x cpu for my new build .. but the question is water cool ? or air cool ? I have seen ton's of videos that the out come is 50/50 .. so wonding is it worth spending another 1000 bucks to get all the upgrade water cooling sutff .. the reason i say its a 1000 bucks is , i have not had any luck with the all in one water cooling kits, so was going to do a custom water loop ..

Not really worry about monitors as i currently have 4 of them .. I tend to go over boded when i build things , because i want things to last a good 5 years before i have to spend a bunch of money on upgrades ..

@StarTrek133 What kind of features are you looking for in a cooler? What case and ram are you using and where are you shopping / located?

I am just looking for what will work best for the 3900x  .. As for case that i am still not sure either .. currently my corsair 900D case is a little over kill and HUGH .. So was thinking of replacing it , but with what i dont know because wasn't sure if i should air cool or water cool ..

i keep seeing more and more open air case , but i am very old school .. started with DOS that tells you how far i go back , so just not sure about open air ..

Are you just looking for a good solution or do you want to go overkill for the sake of overkill or getting that last bit of performance?
Are you looking to downsize?
For practical purposes, I'd recommend just getting what you need now and putting the extra money towards the next upgrade sooner.

i won't be able to help you but you should post all specs so others can help you better i could be some weird know bug with a cpu

As I mentioned, I don't really care about Ultra-settings and 4k Gaming - I think a 2080 super would be a bit of overkill. What I do agree on is the NVENC decoding for streaming, which will probably help out a lot as my RX570 is reaching its limits even when not streaming.
 
Just to summarize everything:
- GPU upgrade is recommended - I think a RTX 2060 should fit my needs, right? Is there one i should prefer when looking for one?
- Board/CPU/RAM no upgrade now - or if I really need a performance boost, the 3700x
- PSU Upgrade 500w A- 
 
Is there anything else im missing?

i agree to everyone. why should you upgrade a 2. gen ryzen is it important to you that the render is finniseh in 2/3 the time or have you time to wait these extra minutes. what  is the cpu usage while streaming is it 100%? then upgrade if not, you won't get more performance there, for a 3. gen. if you want to do a upgrade at all cost wait for 4. gen.
i would make a gpu upgrade if necesary.
