After secure boot, no display.

My set up Aorus z390 pro i7 9700k 32gb of ram rtx 2070 super and also i tried to swap gpu, still no display -
So i recently updated to windows 11, it was fine not until when I tried to play valorant where it says that I need to turn on secure boot and tpm 2.0. And so i did after that I then proceeded to bios and enabled secure boot saved it and then the display went black and it wouldnt turn back on. The fans and rgb lights are running. i tried cmos battery reset and the cmos jumper but still nothing. What could this possibly be? And how do i fix it?

can i put a TPlink ax3000 wifi 6 bluetooth 5.0 PCIe adapter to an Open-ended PCI Express 3.0 x4 (@x2 since The other pci sllt is gonna be blocked by the graphics card See #7 below the open ended pci slot

Will it still work? I dont know when i’ll be able to test it but from the looks of it will it work? Its got some dirt on the Land Grid Array pins and i am worried that it might not work

Hi! I have a asus rog strix b450-f, 32gb ram, ryzen 5 3600x and an rx 580. I need help because when I installed a new cooler it doesn’t turn on, The motherboard’s asus logo usually lights up when switch the psu on but in this case it would not, I tried to do the paperclip to test to see if my motherboard is working and the fans on the psu. I checked the cpu to see if there was any bent pin but I wasn’t able to see any bent pin. What could this possibly be? Thanks in advance!
