Go with i5 4690k and 8 gigjoules of ram

Also the motherboard should be Z97 because it allows you the potential to overclock, so the MSI mobo is the better option. 

Everyone will rag on you because of your CPU choice. 
 
Is there a certain reason you chose AMD?
 
A 9590 will be outperformed by a 4690k in gaming applications. 
 
You only need 8 gigs of ram for gaming. 
 
9590 is an 8350 overclocked.

This build is pretty solid. You might want to get a z97 mobo, but as far as I know the mobo you chose should have no problems supporting OC'ing for the refresh chips. Damn these canadian prices...

I would gently caress that multiplier just a little... then get that girl going at 100% load... I might even be real bad and run prime95...
 
I might get a little more rough after that and kick it up a notch... but don't worry baby i got my eyes on your core... temp...

I'd dial you down just a notch and maybe give you some more voltage lovin...

With 4 sticks of ram you fill up all your slots which is more aesthetically pleasing.

If you spend a generous amount of time on the PC, then it is absolutely worth it. 

I've used both and i can guarantee you in terms of the sensor, the G502 is superior. I have smaller hands so the G502 was definitely more comfortable for me. G502 is the best mouse I've used for competitive fps games like cs:go. 

1. Nope, the only thing I know ppl do, is that they play on a 4:3 aspect ratio, but stretch it across their widescreen monitors. People appear fatter, but your FOV is not as large. I've done this since playing source, but it's really personal preference. 
 
2. Pro players generally have a lower sensitivity, and having a large amount of mouse space + large mouse pad is important. Make sure MOUSE ACCELERATION is DISABLED!!! You can do this is the game settings. My in game sens is 0.7777777 but your mouse dpi also comes into play. 
 
3. Guns exclusive to CT's: M4, M4-silenced, Aug, mag7, Clarion/famas, five-seven, usp
Guns exclusive to T's: AK-47, Galil, tec 9, sawed off shotty, sg, glock
i probably missed some.
 
4. Casual / Comp que times are usually not very long, about 2-3 minutes usually. 

I went with the 7XX for my gaming setup and for $200 bucks it was def worth. Directional sound from these headphones are very accurate, and for all other media they still sounds great. These are also extremely comfortable, they can sit on my head for days on end.

There are very few instances where this processor will outperform a 4690k at stock. People look for value when they spend their money, and this processor isn't value oriented.
