yeah that mount should work as long as you keep the lian li configured for ATX.
I'm using the same case and it's a dream to build in!

Honestly, the Lian Li 011 mini is a pretty spacious case. A phanteks vertical mount should work for a Lian Li case with no issues. Just make sure all of the mounting brackets line up.

Do you have access to your router config? If wifi works but a LAN port doesn't, there's either a discrepancy with your router configuration or you might even be getting limited/blocked by whoever does control your router. (Parents? ISP?)

It's up to you but Linus put out a video recently saying the corona virus has hit production in china and so supply and demand issues will push prices up.

So it might be better to buy things now before they do.

I would go for liquid cooling for the looks and the better temps but if you want the best temps you can always get a top tier air cooler

If the Bios doesnt reqognise the CPU, then it wont boot.

Bios flashback allows you to update the Bios without a CPU.

    Bios flashback is not UEFI.

you can drop the cooler to save some cash there. overkill CPU to cover anything you would ever want to do.

    I'd get a z390 board...doesn't have to be a super expensive model...like z390 pro4 i think ?  It's basically a z370 with the bios up to date, but will squeeze all the juice out of a 9700k.

EDIT:  That said updating bios isn't horrible...I did mine over the weekend...and by updating I mean I downgraded to an older version to squeeze more juice out of a 8700k.  Turns out newer bios often contain patches to enable more tech at the expense of performance

550W is plenty, the Corsair TXM is a good quality unit.
For the same price you can get a Corsair RM550X, which would be a fully modular PSU (instead of semi-modular, like the TX is).
