  1. I upgraded my friend's Y530 and my own Y520 and @Saksham is right there is no need to do much besides change the boot order. But on my laptop I had to leave the hard drive with windows installed and then install it on the ssd.
  2. The PSU should be enough for the system. Does this happen with any other game?
  3. This is very unusual. Does it start back up by it self?
  4. Try pairing it with the app. Maybe there is a very convenient setting.
  5. I mean not much unless you have a dead gpu highly doubt this though. Cause you are not even getting a post.
  6. Probably needs a BIOS flash to work. Try the one I attached. Its the latest one from ASUS. If you want https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/TUF-B450M-PLUS-GAMING/HelpDesk_BIOS/ you can download it form there. TUF-B450M-PLUS-GAMING-ASUS-2006.zip
  7. My laptop specs : CPU : i5 7300HQ GPU : 1050 4GB RAM : 16 GB 2400 DDR4 SSD : 256 GB Samsung 960 PRO HDD : WD 2TB 75 hz monitor Lenovo Legion Y520 Temps around 60-65C for both GPU and CPU. I was wondering if it is possible for better performance out of the CPU, the CPU struggles with maintaining a solid 75 FPS in some games with frame drops down to 30-45. The cpu is boosting to 3.1 ghz but is pinned at 100%. It can boost to 3.5 ghz single core load, is it possible for 3.5 all cores or any other way for more performance?
  8. I think those fps numbers are pretty low for a 2080 on a 1080p, are you running any background apps that are eating ram? Maybe try and disable the oc on the cpu and see if it works better. Also can you post temps while you are playing?
  9. It used to, ironically the laptop I was hosting it died after 20 or so people were playing on it, trying to get it back up soon hopefully.
  10. New Minecraft Server is up. Anarchy server on my old laptop. Works quite well for an i7 720qm with 8gb of ram. No admin intervention. Hacks are allowed ip:diatools.ddns.net default port 1.14.4
  11. So I think its finally time to upgrade my pi powered FTP server to a higher capacity maybe 2 terabytes. Rasberry Pi 3 B rev 1.2 I have been running my 4 64 gb usbs for some time and i am tired of having some files on there while some are just lying around so will some external harddrives work directly or should i get a powered usb hub. Also can you please suggest some external hardrives to use.

  13. Same to you. But if you are looking to upgrade maybe try a similar build with an older gpu like a rx 580 or a 1660ti then you could easily upgrade the gpu later and the ryzen 5 would remain quite decent for 4 to 5 years.
  14. The best part would be not needing to flash the BIOS to use ryzen 3000.
