OP doesn't mean inside the fridge, more that the radiator would be inside the fridge. Linus made a video about it.
The conclusion:
A heat source inside a fridge is bad news. It expels heat faster than the fridge can dissipate, so it actually just hot boxes itself. Basically it's as bad as not using cooling.
All you need is an unmanaged switch, which if you look on amazon, go to best buy ect you can find them easy and cheap. It won't really change anything or cause any configuration issues. Most is IP address may change for your Printer and NAS, but it will still be in the 192.168.1.x ranges.
Features just depends on what you may want. A standard unmanaged one is fairly barebones. Your main differences will be ports. The amount and speeds. You can find some with SFP ports. Beyond that the switch will automatically manage the routing itself.
