My 144 hz monitor connected with Display Port 1.2 via Graphics card.

Hello Everyone I am new here but I am watching Linus from 6 years. I build a Pc specs below. Cpu AMD Ryzen 9 3900x Motherboard. Asus x570 F gaming Ram . Gskill F4-3000C16S-16GVRB GPU . MSI GTX 1080 founders EDITION SSD samsung 850 evo m.2 500gb Psu Cooler master MWE 550 MONITOR Samsung Cfg70 144hz freesync Curved Quantum dot display. Problem. Bios is not displaying on 144hz monitor, then I keep running my pc then plugged 60hz monitor then Bios shows . My 2nd Pc is I5 8400 Asus 370 Prime and other parts are same . My 144hz monitor is working perfectly with Intel PC. why this kind of problem is with only AMD? PLEASE help me.
