  1. Well, I live in the Netherlands but Asian families dont work that way :(. I know a friend who has the AOC 24G2U and it is just to small for me, I really dont want to go lower than 27 inches. My desk is pretty big so I sit further away then most people.
  2. Hi everyone, Before I start, specs: GTX KFA2 1070 (shitty brand, dont buy) I5 7600k 4,7 Ghz 16 gb 3000 Mhz ram 1080p ips monitor, 60hz So, I will (hopefully) graduade high school in the next couple of months and will get some money from my parents. I am 16. I will get about 400 euros and want to upgrade something from my setup but I am really lost to what I should upgrade. My gpu, cpu or my monitor. I posted this a few days back and got told to get some benchmarks and say which games I most like to play. I mostly play big singleplayer games, a lot of them are open world but I play linear games too. I occasionally play online with some friends, but it is nothing compared to how much I play and love singleplayer story type games. I will get a budget about 400 euro's. I can get a few things with that: A i7 9700k, a rtx 2070 or new really nice monitor. Can be 1440p and also can be 3440x1440 ultrawide. This next thing is important, after this upgrade I wont be able to upgrade for probably about 3-5 years. So I cant get a thing now and get another one in about a year. Here are the benchmarks: NOTE: All these games have vsync off **Resident Evil 2 Remake ULTRA settings, 1080p** CPU: 70-85%, 50-53 degrees celcius (I will only say degree from now) GPU: 98-100%, 80-82 degrees 70-90 fps (which I can ofcourse not see because my monitor doest go that high) **Red Dead Redemption 2, mix of medium, high and ultra settings. (I can give specifics if it is important)** This one varied a lot, and so there are a few different bechmarks When in the wild, so places like the heartlands: CPU: 60% GPU: 98-100% When in small towns like Valentine and Strawberry: CPU: 80-95% GPU:98-100% When in the biggest city, saint denis (lot of buildings and npcs) GPU: 80-95% CPU: 90+% FPS, also varies Heartlands: 50-60 fps Smalltowns: 40-50 fps Saint denis: 40-50fps The cpu was 60 degrees and gpu was 80-83 degrees. **Witcher 3: Wild hunt** In velen, so a open area roaming around: CPU: 50-65% with random 0,5 seconds spikes to 100% once in a while GPU: 96-100% Novigrad (big city, full of buildings and a lot of npc's) CPU: 100% GPU: 98-100% CPU stayed about 60 degrees and the gpu about 80 degrees Now with all that done, which do you guys recommend I get. I dont want to go lower than 60fps, higher isnt a necessity. I also dont really want to drop to low settings. I really want to play at atleast high-ultra with some settings turned to medium. What do you guys recommend me to upgrade? I appreciate the help btw, thanks in advance. Sorry for spelling mistakes if there are any english isnt my first language. EDIT: added gpu degrees
