  1. Unless you are going to be running many MC servers/worlds on that box. The i9 (9th Gen) will be more than enough.
  2. My virtual minecraft server is more RAM heavy. They are heavly Mod'd and I have 4 different worlds running at the same time. Allocating RAM is the bigger issue than CPU as I only have 8 cores dedicated to the server. It and they run without issue. All that to say more RAM and a middle ground CPU, and you'll be good.
  3. I did (put everything back to default), even reset my BIOS settings just in case. I wouldn't be complaining as much if it was like that from the start. But this only happened after I upgraded the CPU. So I'm not sure if I messed something up in the settings, or somewhere else.
  4. So I'm not sure what changed after upgrading my CPU to a 3700x, but now textures in the game look grainy. Laura's hair is visibly grainy. It's more than just her hair but this was the best example I could get. Anyone ever run into this? Example attached, look at the hair on her neck. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated..
