So I just went out and bought the ASUS 24" VG248QZ and bought a DisplayPort to go with it, however I am experiencing lower frames then I did before on my 75hz monitor, playing csgo is unplayable as turning corners causes my pc to drop to unplayable frame rates. I have looked online and I am truly stumped

GPU: 1070 8gb
16 gb ram
PROCESSOR AMD FX 8350 8-CORE 4.2 GHZ
Will answer any questions I can, really need some help as im at a stand still haha
------UPDATE--------
I just plugged in my old monitor and tried the same thing on it and am still experiencing issues where if I shoot i will go right down to 48 and lower fps so it isnt a monitor issue.. however im still just as confused haha
