  1. 300 isnt bad for that board, i paid between 200-500 for my ones, and did just see one go for £2k in germany
  2. Make sure it boots and has no issues, like pcie lanes not showing up or a cpu socket wont work
  3. Had a powercut and wont post anymore, gets stuck on code 2A or 2E with a constant beep
  4. Good luck, have had some issues with virtulization issues with an sr-2 before but never got it to work before the board died
  5. Well the issue still remains, I have sent it to a pc repair shop to see if they can find anything
  6. @TofuHaroto So i found a 960 and installed it and the dp ports worked fine , gonna try and reinstall the 1080ti now
  7. Okay thanks for the help gonna try this now, will report back if i find anything

  9. i think i have one somewhere but dont know if its at my house or in storage
  10. ive googles a bit and noticed some people are saying i need to upate the uefi but not sure how i can do that when i have a legacy bios, i might take my pc to the repair shop sometime this week as ive got 2 sr-2 motherboards needing to be fixed/diagnosed
  11. i could try but i doubt that i could

  16. It boots normally if its only hdmi plugged in, and the other card i have just wont work in my system for some reason unless its in the last slot, i can give it a ago
  17. probably but its the only other thing i can think of, unless i got a cd with the monitors would that do anything?
  18. I just ddu the drivers, cmos clears everytime i turn my pc off so dont think that would work, i have a feeling its something in the bios
  19. it shows the start up information like ram,cpu speed and then checks marvell adapter and hard drives then it flickers to the other processes and then it turns off to no signal and then the pc wont get into windows
  20. Okay tried with new drivers nothing changed really really weird, as it flickers during bios screen now when dp is plugged in
  21. okay am using a dp-dp for 2 monitors will try to reinstall the latest drivers
  22. how would i go about setting it to legacy bios, the motherboard is an asus p6t deluxe v2 so i would assume it is a legacy bios
  23. windows is up to date
  24. i thought it would be a dead dp port but it works fine after windows has booted which leads me to believe that its a software issue, ive also seen some stuff about uefi but i cant really update my motherboards uefi as its last update was in 2011
  25. i used to use hdmi-vga, hdmi-hdmi, dp-vga, and dvi-vga ive just upgraded my 3 old monitors to newer ones
