Turning the dx12 off seems to have fixed my massive drops, it was at 40-50 fps on ultra 4k 3840x2160 60.00Hz I'm new to this whole pc world so theres still alot for me to learn ?

Hi guys I'm pretty new to PC gaming and I am currently trying to play BFV, i was under the impression that my pc could play this title in ultra with decent frames but I average 35 or below whilst playing in 4k. My pc specs are... RTX 2070 super I9-9700k 3.6GHz 16GB ram Like I said I'm new to all this so if I'm doing something wrong please educate me !!
