every game used to perform better before but recently i have been getting bad frames lately and you can see it the most in rainbow if you look at a benchmark my specs are supposed to average over 100fps consistantly and i really wanna know why, i have checked my gpu and its not overheating and i have rebooted windows numerous times

just wanted to see if anyone knows why my pc is underperforming rly bad, im getting under 60fps on all low on rainbow six siege and i used to get way better before and on other games my frames have just gotten a lot worse hardware rx 470 i5 3330
