  1. So I went to my girlfriends house for faster internet, and after downloading steam update and most recent nvidia driver 442.19, at which point I attempted to launch Escape from Tarkov, and no game launched, simply my normal desktop. I brought up the battlestate games launcher and the launcher says "in game" but no game displays or shows up while in the application tab in my task manager, but does show up in the processes tab of the task manager. I then attempt to launch other games from steam, Halo wars, games from origin, battlefield 4, and GOG, the witcher 3, all either do not show up at all, or crash after coming up in a windowed tab. I do more testing and am unable to stream any video on netflix or youtube, but can browse the internet or do anything that does not use video. I swap out my current graphics card a GTX 980 ti with my previous card a GTX 980, only for the same issue to occur, HOWEVER, I proceeded to unplug my Ethernet cable and connect to my phones hotspot wirelessly and then am able to launch games from steam and origin fine. I then reconnect wirelessly to my girlfriend's internet for the issue to happen yet again. no video streaming or games launching. an reconnecting to my hotspot has not fixed anything. I have returned home and the issues persists. I was unable to rollback to a previous to an older nvidia driver, my system has not let me do it for some reason. PLZ HALP.
