Brand new PC build, with fresh installation of Windows. BIOS and safe mode display without issue, but when normal Windows loads the screen immediately "crashes" - cycling through black screen, blue monitor idle and a glitched version of desktop every 2 seconds or so. This happens immediately upon installation. Once, somehow, it booted in to windows without doing this and I was able to install the motherboard (AMD chipset driver [19.10.16]) and GPU drivers (Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.1.3) but once rebooted the same flickering/crashing issue returned. Occasionally (1 out of 10 times) the GPU fans will suddenly accelerate right before this glitch occurs for a second or two, then return to lower speed.
I will fedex tacos to whomever makes this torment cease. Thank you for looking.
