To be honest, I only know that Freesync is AMD and Gsync is Nvidia. I read that some monitors can work with both cards, but what exactly that means, what pros and cons there are and if I should look for a proper Gsync version or not- is somoething I have yet to figure out.

What alternatives did I miss that match my criteria? Semms like I really had bad luck with my google session : O The ASUS ROG Swift PG27VQ was the first/ only one I could find.

Hello everyone! I need to buy a monitor and I cannot find `the one`. I want: - 27 inches - 2.560 x 1.440 - curved (1500R would be nice, 1800R could also work) - GSync - something faster than my current 59/60hz monitors - I do not need fancy RGB-lighting and I will probably mountt he screen to the wall I am working in the games industry and I will use three monitors at the same time. That´s why I`d love to have a proper curved main screen. My current two monitors are flat 24 inch Full-HDs. I will be using a RTX 2070. Gaming is not a focus, but since I will also get a new PC, I can see myself trying out some games from time to time. However, from googleing a couple minutes I could not find something that fits my wishes. Maybe the ASUS ROG Swift PG27VQ? Really thankful for any help!
