  1. So they don't have that one in stock and probably it won't be soon. They have ASUS ROG Strix SCAR 15 G533QM-HF005, AMD Ryzen 7 5800H pana la 4.4GHz, 15.6" Full HD, 16GB, SSD 512GB, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (also 130) for about 50$ more. It's Strix Scar and from what i've heard Scar is a better quality Strix. I just don't know how much worse this Ryzen 7 5800H is compared to the Ryzen 9 5900HX. This one is FHD but has 300hz.
  2. Like i said, i will mostly use the laptop screen as a 2nd monitor cause I have a 24inch 144hz fhd so i don't really care. I'll check if it's sealed and maybe buy it, thanks.
  3. I found something interesting. ASUS ROG Strix G15 G513QM-HQ069, AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX pana la 4.6GHz 15.6" WQHD 2k 165Hz, 16:9, 300nits, 1:1000, Adaptive-Sync 16GB SSD 512GB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 6GB 130w for 1700$ Now that i would buy, but i don't know much about this variant, i should watch a review. You know anything?
  4. yep. The Strix 15 G12LW has the 115W one. Think it's worth the 600-700$ for gaming at 1080p? Oh and that one is not even from a shop. I guess it's a guy who bought it from America and brought it back to make some profit but you never know if it has issues. The box is not opened but i don't get warranty i think.
  5. well it's 60-80W on the g14 and from what i've seen on 1080p, same performance +- some fps the 2070 is not max q.
  6. pretty much yeah. Or a g14 with 3060 80W which is pretty much the same 2070 performance but it's again like 400-350 more expensive.
  7. Hello guys. So I am looking to buy a new laptop. I want to get a portable one for university, but still powerful enough to play games on it. So I have 2 options. There is an Asus Rog Strix Scar 15 (2021) with the AMD Ryzen 7 5800H and RTX 3070 (i don't remember the W on this one), 1TB SSD, 300hz 1080p for around 2200$. Or an Asus Rog StrixG512LW FullHD 144Hz (15.6" i7-10750H, 16Gb DDR4, 512Gb M.2 PCIe, RTX 2070 8Gb) for 1.648,32$. I can buy another M.2 for the 2070 one and have the same 1T for 100$ so memory doesn't really matter. I play all kind of games, from the likes of RDR2 , Cyberpunk, Witcher 3 to competitive fps games like CSGO. From what i've seen in benchmark videos at 1080p it's not really that big of a difference in terms of fps (correct me if i am wrong). I don't really care about the laptop screen because I plan to bring my main monitor with me and use that. My question is if it's worth the 600$ for the GPU and CPU upgrade. Thanks for your help.
  8. that will delete the whole disk, but i have a partition on that drive (Bruh F) that I need and I can't delete it.
  9. So I cloned my OS from my Hard Drive to SSD yesterday and I deleted in the Disk Management the partition from the HDD that had the OS. Now I can't allocate it , when creating a New Simple Volume it says "There is not enough space on this disk". Who can help me ? Here is a video with the error : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oF7LW4M9AY4&feature=youtu.be
  10. so i have a choice. Buy a new RX580 or buy the used 980 ti , new card being 20$ more expensive , what should i buy. I don't know in which state is the 980 ti , have to go and test it.
  11. I mean from what i've seen it's a pretty capable card and i don't play that many AAA games cause i get bored. I can play an Assassin's Creed or RDR2 and stuff but i think for 1080p i can easly play those at 60 fps even if i have to lower some settings. For me it matter that in fps games like cs go or valorant to have more than 144 fps stable so i can buy that 144hz monitor. It's better than a 1060 or an rx580 which are at the same price.
  12. you mean horrible the prices in my country or the deal i get compared to other cards. I can get the 1060 for the same price but i don't think it's worth it when i can get the 980 ti. I just bought the PSU so i don't think i will upgrade it. Thought 500 W should be enough for every singular card system and i don't overclock things.
  13. I saw benchmark saying for 1080p it should get 60fps on high on most modern games , the thing is i am playing on a 1280x1024 so it should be even better. I will upgrade soon to a 1080p 144hz but i mostly play games like cs go or valorant.
  14. I am talking about USD. The country is Moldova , an RTX 2060 for example new in the shop is 452 USD. And the used ones are 350 so i think a 980 ti which is very close to a GTX 1070 for 200 usd WHEN the 1070 is 100 bucks more minimum it's ok.
  15. A used 1070 is like 300+ , the prices here are REALLY BAD. A new 1660 for example is like 360$. A new RX 580 is 250$ so the prices are very high compared to other countries. I could get a RX 580 4gb but i don't think it's worth getting the 4gb version
