I did this by updating before I installed my new parts everything was still functional.

I have tried to use my old PSU still no post, it just turns on everything works except signal to monitor, tried monitor with different PC and it worked so definitely not the monitor.

How do I install this bios version? My PC isn't posting so I am not sure what to try

Hey thank you for replying. I'm not quite sure how to flash my bios now as my PC doesn't post. I have tried the old CPU but same issue. I haven't uninstalled the CPU drivers, if i'm being honest I didn't even know they existed I only uninstalled the GPU drivers via DDU. The bios update was successful, and I did try one stick of ram including resetting CMOS. Issue with resetting CMOS is that once I power my PC on with the front panel switch it is unable to turn off when I hold it so I have to switch the PSU off.

Bey everyone been trying to fix this for the past 13 hours, i recently bought a new cpu, gpu and psu, replaced it and now my pc boots to a black screen no bios screen. I have tried most of the solutions like one stick of ram, updated bios version for new cpu compatibility checked every power cable, tried different gpu and cpu. My old parts was working all before this. I've been stressing over this and im not sure what to do. I have followed the troubleshooting post below and nothing still works. And did a bios update to 10.01 before installing the new parts. I'm running out of thermal paste to use because I keep reseating the old and new cpu to test and its really killing me. After that I have tried to turn on my computer but nothing works, it turns on for a slight second but turns back off. I never had an issue like this and it just started happening, I don't know what to do.

It was this command I believe " Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”} " without the quotation marks, the system restore said something along the lines of "System restore did not complete successfully" and basically failing. My PC specs are Ryzen 5 3600 RX 570 G.Skill Trident 16GB RAM 750W PSU

Hello! I need help, this issue randomly appeared when I was just watching a youtube video and now I can't open my start menu, use cortana, use any windows 10 apps (they just crash like windows store), i cant right click any of the apps on my taskbar because it doesn't show the options afterwards, can't open my audio icon, ethernet icon or notification icon! (Only my tray works). I have ran a malware scan (found nothing), some command for windows powershell, restarted explorer multiple times, and other solutions that didn't seem to help at all! I may also mention that now my audio only works on my right ear and not my left and I have switched devices and something is wrong with my Computer! I have tried to use a system restore point but it failed and nothing got fixed. Someone please help!

It also looks like its happening on every video player, I tried switching to microsoft edge, opera etc but some issue occurs. Happens on both of my monitors.

Hello! I'm using a Ryzen 5 3600, Radeon RX 570 and have 16GB of Thermaltake Toughram memory. I has this issue a few months back and somehow I fixed it or it stopped happening but now the issue returned and I have no idea how to resolve this.
