    FIXED THE ISSUE. had to disable C3 State in my BIOS.

    because i play competitive shooters, and i have a high end pc... i refuse to play at 4ms response time, when i can play at 1ms.

    i'm having this issue with my mouse, (Logitech g502) where on any games if i play on 1000 Polling Rate my game will stutter when i move my mouse. This is fixed by simply updating your chipset, however for the Z390 motherboard im using, there is no chipset i can update to that will fix the issue, is it possible to download the z370 chipset on my z390 board? specs: GTX 1070ti Strix, i9 9900k (overclocked), 24gb DDR4 HyperX ram, 500GB SSD
