i guess that's a point, but the buffets I go to have the glass panel really low and above the food nothing is taken by a hand usually a spatula, ladle, prongs, etc. I like buffets cause of variety, I don't want to sit and eat one thing

Seriously? 20 seconds, with gigabit? I have 75 mbps wifi, and on one of the kimcartoon sites, the night an episode of rick and morty aired I watched it on that site (there would be heavy traffic on it), and on their site which isn't a giant corporation with servers and shit. When I clicked on it about 3/6 of the different servers would load instantly @ 1080p. that's honestly sad

This seems like a classic case of "terms of service panic..." that is, an interpretation of the terms that suggests far more nefarious purposes than the company intends.

Ubisoft likely isn't trying to claim control of your YouTube video or Twitch stream, and if lawyers believe it could be interpreted that way, it'll be amended.  Relax.

warranty is not an issue its a CPU if it works it will probably work until its considered a relic 
 
if it doesnt it small so even if the shop for whatever reason doesnt honor the warranty you have just to cheaply mail that small thing to AMD directly and mail them a copy of your receipt (to confirm the purchase date) and you are golden they will ship you a new one.

So i just viewed the new LTT video
where they test a ceramic coating for automotive paints on a smartphone. I thought why not test it on laptop touch screens. Now im not talking about Apples high(er) end glas mousepads, but rather a medium range, maybe evem lower end mousepad. The material might be a little closer to what an automotive paint might be made of.
