I used drivesweeper from Guru3D and I also formatted my Harddrive and that did nothing. The problem is still there. I'm wondering if it's a bad card?

I just got my 7870 LE today and installed it into my system. For some reason, my computer seems to be more sluggish after the upgrade from a 5770. The ability to run games at a higher FPS has went up but I can see lag in minimizing/maximizing windows and starting applications seems to be taking longer. This only happens when I run a dual monitor setup and I'm watching something that uses flash on one of my monitors. This is my current spec: 955BE 4.0Ghz 8Gb DDR3 Ram m4a89gtd pro Crucial M4 SSD 600W OCZ PSU

Hey, my router died a few days ago and I'm looking to grab a new one. I have these two routers in mind, EA3500 or E4200v2.
