i want to be able to edit if i need to in 1080p 60fps

6000kbps 1920x1080 60fps

nvenc is more pixelly and i've tried lowering it doesn't work also if i use x264 with fast or veryfast its the same as nvenc

i used nvenc on this pc and it doesn't lag or reduce fps and hz and when i use x264 on any setting the stream looks choppy and i like a few hz off my 144hz monitor

i don't like nvenc its trash for me

so i should go with ryzen or an xeon ?

i want to go with ryzen but i don't want to spend too much money

ya kind of i just did a test with my pc i have a ryzen 7 1800x and it was lagging a bit when i had it on slow on obs

ya i'm buying it off someone with a mobo for $350 cad and i was thinking of going for a ryzen 6 or 8 core but ninja has a 14 core cpu which i think that's too much and shroud has a 10 core cpu

i'm thinking of buying a E5-2670 V3 for a streaming pc would it work or no ?
