  1. Look into optical DisplayPort Cables, for display at least, here is some from InifiniteCables, theyre expensive but would work well, ranges from 25-100ft (7-30 meters) https://www.infinitecables.com/products/aoc-active-optical-cable-displayport-8k-60hz-32-4gbps-v1-4-cable-cmp-plenum-rated?variant=4286070662782
  2. Mobile device threats, ESPECIALLY on iPhones usually adware, trying to make you use their VPN, which I've read LMG does not endorse any VPNs anymore, not sure if this is a rabbit hole LMG wants to go into
  3. Not on Youtube but just finished watching on FP Good response, To be honest i wouldve liked an update on whats happening with the investigation but I understand why it has not happened. I take this as a step in the right direction for LMG as a company and hope to see them return soon.
  4. Never seen any other loaders, Can you send me a couple either in pms or a list here?
  5. woah. whats that called and is there firefox build?
  6. Not gonna lie here this one feels too clickbaity, yes you installed a GPU but it didn't work. Its like a half-truth. Not mad or anything jus got excited that someone found a way to use a GPU and the result was disappointing.
  7. I have a 2 story house (with basement) with no Ethernet capabilities and my router is in the basement so I can't really run a cable straight up stairs without it either looking like an eyesore or just being a tripping hazard, The basement modem AP combo has decent enough coverage for the main floor it's just the 2nd story that doesn't have good connection. So I think I'll try MoCa and if it doesn't work well I'll invest more into a mesh net system
  8. First off, I'm in Ontario Canada and using Bell as and isp. So no bridge mode because bell doesn't support it. The top half of my house had very limited coverage and we are currently using their Plume wifi pods. They are ass and only support up to 100mbps and we have 500/500 plus I don't want to pay monthly for those anymore So what I've thought of is using MoCa connecting to a router in AP mode as that's typically cheaper then a dedicated access point Or substitute the Moca for powerline ethernet Either way I also would like to have a hardlined Ethernet cable to my main pc aswell as having a wifi AP for my mobile devices, what do you guys think?
  9. Not sure if it supports ARM right now, I saw someone run it on a surface pro 2 and it ran well enough to be usable
  10. Summary Chrome OS Flex is a way to run Chrome OS on previously unsupported hardware directly from google. Although this has been possible through things like Brunch (https://github.com/sebanc/brunch/) It has very hit or miss driver support. It should be noted that this is in beta stage and the stable release for the time is still CloudReady, a Chromium os distro Quotes My thoughts I belive that this would be a good news idea because it is another option for computers that cannot run Windows 11. Or with less powered computers that cannot run Windows 10 for example. This also could be a way to boost Chrome Os'es market share as other implications of this such as brunch wouldnt count to it. 11. Wasnt brunch always in a alpha stage? Its great that google is giving out a 1st part solution that will probably have more support and less bugs
  12. If you dont already know, Chrome OS Flex is google's take on running Chrome OS on non-chromebook hardware. https://chromeenterprise.google/os/chromeosflex/#form-section I personally think its pretty cool as it could be an alternative to a lightweight Linux install (i.e. Lubuntu) I just want to hear other people's opinon on this
