I did some research and found the video below. This adapter is compatibel with the Optix MAG341CQ (RV is missing, but maybe this doesn't matter) as mentioned in the video description. Maybe this will be also compatible with the MAG342CQRV, but I don't know whether this adapter is included in the box or you need to buy this separately. 

A lot of VESA mounts include spacers and longer screws for mounting to recessed areas like this.  If the one you get doesn't have those, you should still be able to get what you need from a hardware store.

Ideally, you would need the ram. Since the amd processors uses ram as an advantage and gets better performance with faster and more ram. In that case you would get a little more performance in cpu requiring games and a lot more in high ram usage games. But either way i think ram is the way to go, even if you play cpu demanding games atm. If you get the cpu before ram it would be a bottleneck and you wouldn't get the same performance.

Chairs are not like graphicscards or CPUs, they're chairs. Gaming chairs basically haven't changed the past 10 years, they're just as awful as they always have been. Buy a quality office chair instead, your back will thank you, and you will be much happier in the long run.

thank you, i have talked to my dad too. He also preferred the 1440p one. since rust is a high demanding game and i will probably move on to less demanding games. So i can't just buy the monitor thats suits just rust. More of whats suits my pc and overall games. I will order the 1440p one. Especially when its the same price. rather pick one up on sale that i still can run hd on than just the hd option. Thank you!

I have a b450-f that i bought
I will go for 3600 mhz 32gb ram since i will use the ram a lot. The 3600 was only 30 - 40 € more than 3200 so i will go with the 3600 mhz one.
 
Right now i have a 60 hz monitor but i will of course upgrade to a 144 hz monitor
 
So i had all the pc parts just that i bought a bundle. And of course it came broken. Thats my luck. But otherwise my dad who knows building pc's he helped me. And they confirmed that it was broken so it wasn't my fault. It was the manufacture. So when my parts come i will build it as normal. Since everything worked accept that something was wrong in the bundle. Building a pc wasn't that hard to be honest.
