For graphic card, hybrid cooling is tier A, whereas wind cooling is tier B.
Then, I remember that, for CPU, wind cooling is better than AIO, in both temperature and noise.
So why the situation is opposite for CPU and GPU? Perhaps I misunderstand something?
I plan to get a 2080Ti, choose between FTW3 Hybrid and FTW3. Based on my understanding, their performance should be fairly close (less than 10%, or even 5%), as Nvidia's boosting technique has already push the GPU to the limit, so the extra improvement for those high-end models is very limited, right? If so, I wonder, which one would cooler and less noisy?
