nvm i solved it

So i bought a used NZXT Noctis 450 case in good condition. It has a fan hub with 9 connectors, I have 4 fans (3x3pin and 1x4pin). I connected them all to the hub, but only the fan on the 4pin cpu cooler fan connector works, but it works visibly slower than it should, the other 3 pin fan connectors don't. the fan hub is connected to the mobo on the sys_fan connector. Is it possible that the fan hub is not getting enough power or is something else faulty with it?
