  1. IDK about yall but I love woodworking and woodworking projects and thought I'd share this with yall Scrabble themed Mechanical keyboard Build pretty fun video and thought some of yall would enjoy
  2. Hey everyone, I'm Navy Enlisted and do photography for them and what not, and thought I'd share this source in case anyone is looking for stock photos for any use (practice with graphics, videos, etc.) So one thing with the US military is anything we release, it all has to be public domain, so any stock footage, photos, graphics etc. is free to use for the public. All of it is stored digitally on https://www.dvidshub.net/ Not sure if this is too useful for anyone but thought I'd share cause you never know who this might help out.
  3. Ignore the desk, it's a temp set up cause I'm away for work but was able to build while here Ryzen 5600x Asus ROG Strix B550-A RTX 3070ti FE Corsair RMx750 750w 80+gold PSU 16gb x 2 3600MHZ Corsair Vengeance RAM Crucial p3 gen 4 NVME Deepcool CK560 Case Deppcool AK400 CPU Cooler I'm calling it the 'Coke' build cause of how white it is, what do yall think? Future upgrades will include all new fans, either 6 or 5 depending on if I go 120mm or 140mm at the front 4tb HDD for mass game storage WHITE 12pin GPU adapter parents who can actually accept me for who I am 4k monitor
  4. I just completed my first build and I used this deepcool case and oh lordy is it an amazing value!, $85 usd, 3 ARGB 120mm front fans, 1 normal 140mm exhaust, built in GPU Sag bracket. It's a great bang for the buck case. Figured I'd share my experience in case (hehe) someones looking for a good budget case for their build
  5. ok that is definitely within a budget i can work with soonish, and shouldnt be too hard of an upgrade either
  6. unfortunately I'm just going off the emailed parts list from cyber power, the SKU they gave me for it is PS-305-116 and description just say EVGA 450 WATT 80 PLUS POWER SUPPLY, its completely enclosed in the case sadly so I'd have to start taking it all apart to find out
  7. me personnaly I'd look for a better wired solution, I've never had any luck with wireless hdmi unless its like 3 ft away (which i mean, whats the point of that?) as mentioned earlier check into a smart TV add on like an apple tv or fire stick or roku, or even look into a fiber hdmi, they are pretty expensive but theyre thin and easy to tuck under baseboards and hide pretty easily
  8. for me its more how you define budget, me personally I would p[oint you to klipsch with their self powered monitors like the R-41PM, they are just a 2.0 set up sadly but they do have a subwoofer output for use, they are $100 more than the edifiers but I'm a big fan of klipsch Ideally and if your budget allows for it, id point you towards a traditionally receiver and passive speakers that way you have more room to grow in the future with a center channel and surrounds and give you more access to DTS and Dolby
  9. Hey everyone, I'm looking at getting more into PC modding as time and money allows, i bought a pre-built cyberpower roughly 1.5 years ago for $800 USD, it has an MSI 350M Bazooka mother board, Ryzen 5 1600X processor, 1 8gb ram chip, and Radeon XFX 580 Graphics card, first thing I know to do is upgrade my ram and get atleast another 8GB ram stick for it, what are some other upgrades you guys could recommend, not looking for the best overall but good bang for the buck. I'm happy with it overall it came with a cyber power rebranded phantecks 350 case which I'm a huge fan of because I'm not big on over blown RGB, i like it when its more subtle like this is.
