GPU RGB lights flickering in red and then the lights just restart on its default light. It only happens when the GPU is on load
I bought this recently from another guy who said the card was only used for graphic designing and barely used, and I kinda believed him because the card never really goes above 60c
It's a Palit Gtx 1070 Super Jetstream, it's currently installed on my old system
it's an old i5-3470 with 16gb of ram (i know, huge bottleneck but will change this soon)
Is it possible that the cause of the problem is PSU related? My PSU is a seasonic 520II it's 3yrs old and has a really bad coil whine. ticking noise.
I can play games just fine though.
