Budget (including currency): $500 Country: US Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Want's to play things like Galactic Civ 4, Eve Online, + some VR Games He doesn't want to do to much gaming but to be able to do some video making and some small streaming if possible. His highest price is $600. I get there is a GPU shortage and it being rough right now, I'm down to look at some prebuilds too right now also. Just looking for the best computer for him for his price range, trying to get some recommendations if possible.

Ya i'm just looking to hoke a friend up to play a smaller game unfotunately doesn't have split screen but would love to beable to do it virtually i have 2 32" monitors so I just want to try and make it work I have the resources for it to run 2 versions I'm just trying to figure out how I could do it.   3. Ok so got a question, Is it possible to run a single pc and split into 2 let's say by each taking half the resources? I'm running a Asus Prime x570 mobo, with a 3700x, 16gb ram, a 3070 gpu, and RM850 psu, Want to split galactic civ into 2 instances to play with a friend with ought having to hopefully buy a whole new computer.
