  1. Can someone send me a link to where I can find and download the wallpaper that Linus has as his wallpaper in the latest LTT video about Samsung's newest QOLED TV's. See attached. I know it's from an HP Zbook or something like that but for the life of me I can't find it anywhere. Hoping to find it and others in the same collection 2560x1440 or 3840x2160. Thanks in advanced and happy new year!
  2. My bad I thought it was obvious that I was talking about Linus Tech Tips Northern Lights desk-mat design... cause we're in the LTT forums.
  3. Does anyone know if there is a wallpaper floating around the interwebs that is an actual wallpaper and not just a picture of the desk-mat. I found some 1080p ones but nothing higher than that so that makes it difficult to resize. Thanks in advanced and I truly appreciate your sleuthing! Happy Holidays
  4. this is what is installed on my system. Does this give any additional info about my situation? Thanks!
  5. As in the title I noticed that my Samsung Evo 970 2tb is not in achi mode. In the bios it is telling me it's in raid. I never installed it that way and is news to me. The way I knew something was off was that in the Samsung magician software it was not letting me see any of the details of the drive everything was grayed out and said N/A. My external Samsung SSD was showing no problem. I know it was working fine a few weeks ago because I checked the Samsung magician software because it told me there was an update to download and everything was working fine. I also got an update for intel rapid storage technology driver and I think this is when it happened. I use to have a tray icon that would show a green check mark and it would see my nvme drive. Now it is replaced with their intel optane memory and storage management software. Also after noticing this I tried to reinstall the Samsung nvme driver and it keeps erroring out saying that no nvm express drives are connected to my system. In the system bios 1602 - it is also saying my ssd is in raid . When I try to switch it back to achi it tells me that I will lose all my data and the world will end. Ok sorry for this long winded post but I guess my question is has anyone seen or heard of this behavior? Has anyone successfully changed from raid back to achi without reinstalling the OS? One last thing too, I thought maybe my bios update to 1602 might have screwed this up and wanted to revert it back to 1502 so I downloaded the bios, ran the bios re-namer tool , copied the file over to a usb and tried installing it. It wouldn't let me it said the file isn't a correct bios file, I then tried it again but with the 1602 bios file and same thing. WTF??? Please help me!!! Thank you !
  6. Thank you! Really good advice. I'll keep my ear out to see what happens in the next few weeks and months.
  7. Hello everyone! I built my super computer back in March 2020 and have a ROG Strix GeForce RTX™ 2080 Ti OC edition 11GB GDDR6. Now with the 3000 series coming out and way cheaper and will out preform the 2080ti I would like to know how I would go about either trading in the card or selling it? I don't necessarily want to use eBay, is there a place you guys might know of online where I can do that and that the site is repeatable. The card is basically new, light gaming ( modern warfare - getting about 140 fps with the highest settings @ 2560x1440p. With 3440x1440p its more like 120 fps with G-sync, ray-tracing, and HDR turned on and at 160hz. Also how much do you think is a fair price to sell it or trade it in for? Thanks everyone. I paid around $1,200 for it and would probably get rid of it for whatever the going rate for these cards are? please help lol. https://www.asus.com/us/Graphics-Cards/ROG-STRIX-RTX2080TI-O11G-GAMING/
