  1. Hey y'all, I got a Dell G3 15 3590 Last August, and up until the end of January it worked great, giving me around 100-110 frames consistently on GTA 5 1400 x 900 resolution very high settings. However, its been under performing greatly these last three weeks. I did a clean install of Windows, deleted all the GPU drivers through DDU and reinstalled them, undervolted my PC through throttlestop, downloaded Process Lasso to try to fix CPU utilization, etc. I talked with the terrible customer service at Dell and after running many tests, they concluded there was no hardware problems, it was just an error in the software (and they wanted to charge me 129 dollars to fix this!!!). However, none of this has worked. I get around 60 frames now, with frame drops every minute or so. My GPU sits usually around 50-60 % utilization, with temps of around 61 degrees with the fans fully on (70-75 degrees is the temperature it usually ran on, so there is no thermal throttling there). My CPU on the other hand, used to get temps of around 80-90 degrees (which is normal for the laptop) and speeds of around 3.8 GHZ, but now it stays stuck on around 30 - 40 % utilization, with temperatures ONLY in the 60s range and it never clocks itself past 2.9 GHZ, which never happened before. How do I get my laptop to push itself more like it used to and utilize my CPU and GPU more?? My ThrottleStop Settings are: -.125 mv undervolt for both cache and core AND disabled BD PROCHOT Nvidia Control panel settings are -
