My neighbor has a Search Results Jägermeister machine and about killed me with Jagerbombs!

I do believe I can top that with this bottle which is about 50 years old from the old Harvey Wallbanger days.  An old high school buddy visited about 3 years ago and we thought we’d give some Wallbangers  a try…This stuff had “turned” and they were terrible .   Making a picture of this post must have been the reason I’ve kept it!

Damn it!  I was kind of hoping the answer was no.  Now I'll probably end up spending more money!  LOL

Thank you, I was able to add a slot for GPU and I see GPU showing up in the System Info so I guess it is working.  Thanks again for helping out this noob!

First of all, yes there probably still is some GPU WU shortage out there. I'm guessing your GPU is showing up on either the web-interface or the advance client right? If not you need to add another slot in the advanced config for your GPU. You should be able to do both CPU and GPU WU at the same time, so either be patient and wait to get a WU or you could set the client-type to advanced or even beta in the advanced client under the expert tab. Does that make sense? If not just tell me what you need clarification on.

Actually one of the first posts I made on this thread and probably on this forum was asking for a video card recommendation that would be good for Folding!  It got zero responses that I saw although I'm still not very good at finding stuff on here so I could have missed a response.  So at this point it's a done deal!  And NO I don't use RGB although I'll admit it might come in handy when I'm trying to read the small print on the motherboard but so does this.  Didn't realize how much that looked like a toilet seat until the moment I took this picture!

I hadn't really paid any attention to mining when it started but a saw a link to reddit where someone used doge coin to buy some group pizzas (firemen maybe?) or something like that which was pretty cool and I thought I try something like that to make donations.  Tried it for a bit with whatever card I had at the time and it was certainly not worth the cost of the electricity but it did introduce me to reddit which is interesting.  I'm probably in for a doubling+ of the computer's power consumption when I plug in the video card!  It's sort of like this - play with technology while giving something to humanity and not just writing a check!!!

Well it was an interesting experience, definitely paid off in term of investment (got a car out of it and still have some holding but nothing crazy)
It started more as an experiment into it and I got a bit crazy when the price started to go up in february/march 2017. I used already mined holding to buy new card one rig (7 cards) at a time. Once I got bored/tired of it and that it started to not be anymore viable to mine (expensive electricity here) I sold all the GPUs and Motherboard and was surprised to not lose money on that overall (some sold for cheap some for more than what I paid for). 
Overall it was a very intense experience and teached me a lot. Would definitely not redo it  nowaday. 

TLDR: didn't got rich, loved the experience, didn't loose money

I used to have 35 GPUs in an homemade mining farm (the good time of reaching living in a 30-35°C environment the whole summer). From them 21 asus, never had a problem with them (nor did I with my lonely MSI). Can't say the same for the others. However they did came at a premium.
