probably has air bubbles in the line, if its a custom loop, best way is to position the lines up away from the block towards the top of the rad, let it run without the machine being on to get the bubbles out, might want to have a few towels to be safe.

ignore that last bit... try to have the hoses oriented towards the top of the case or run the system without the rad being in the system for a bit, and move it around to get the bubbles out. sorry forgot that this is a hybrid card.

Agreed, though keep in mind of the B450's as they might require a Bios update (just said this in another thread)

If ya want to keep it simple, go for the x570's

That depends on... the range you are willing to spend.

    Personally I'm using a MSI X570 Pro Carbon : https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/MPG-X570-GAMING-PRO-CARBON-WIFI

    Which supports plenty of RGB...

Cheers, Heard that Dell did limit the upgrade options, but wasn't aware of the memory.
2142 was good as well! Having a "reliving my youth" moment.

    Cheers all.

Battlefield 2, 1942, and even 2142... great series by the way would run on any of these machines. I would recommend option 1 as it doesn't use OEM parts, the Dell would be limited in expandability as parts for it would need to come from Dell, if you were to upgrade it, like memory or cpu.

for a 3600 you should be over 130$

    Really? For what?

Anyway, instead of reinstalling Windows, change flat or nail the horseshoe over the door, just remove that cooler, use good thermal paste and mount it again proper.

GUVII got a reaction from GDRRiley in Is it a good time to upgrade a GPU?
Yeah, I recommend saving it like GDRRiley said, the 3000 series is soon to come out and also AMD has a card out there that's been spotted on the testing sights, said to be like 30% faster than the 2080Ti... Recommend saving yourself further pain from spending too much for too little. These new cards should cost less than the current.

if your computer is on 24/7, I wouldn't recommend a custom loop cooler solution as you will have moments of downtime to clean, flush, and change parts. Custom loops are high maintenance, however they provide great performance.

most of the time fittings will cost around $40 maybe $50 depending on what you are running, soft or hard tube. as for Radiators, they run about $80 to $100 for a thin low profile rad that is a 360mm setup. Pumps, res and the heatsink are where you will be spending some money as they range from 70 and up.

The nice thing about coolermaster it is compatible with direct hookup to the motherboard via 3pin 5v ARGB setup, yay.
The problem with Corsair is the connection to their fans like UL, and LL fans are proprietary, so you will either need a splitter, from 1 to 2, or buy a second hub.

Coolermaster can use its own hub, should come with one in the case, the software will load up and save what ever profile you put onto the controller, once set, you don't need to run 'Mastercool' program in the background. Corsair doesn't do this and requires the software to run in the background, also known as iQUE.

Thanks so much haha. Yeah, I unfortunately opted to buy a premade pc since it was ~the same price as building my own (this was during the bitcoin GPU rush where GTX 1080 prices were absurd). It came with a ton of nonsense software that I left alone for the most part, this is likely one of them then.

7-Nahimic is an audio software, probably an audio loop that is probably meant for streaming or something along those lines. The BenQ is your monitor, as HDMI or Displayport is able to transmit audio code though the cable to the monitor.

Glad that the problem was resolved though.

have you tried setting the Realtek as your default audio output? Sometimes the GPU would take priority.

Usually disable or turn off any Nvidia outputs.

sometimes a menu will show up like this when right clicking, set up as default device for which device you are trying to output on.

I have the pro gaming carbon board, it isn't bad, just... make sure you have fan PWM splitters as there is 4 fan ports on the bottom, 2 on top and 1 pump port on top. Also this build doesn't include fans themselves, if you want something fancy, cooler master makes really nice fans for a set of 3. One more thing, I recommend investing in a water cooler or a better air cooling unit for the 3950x, its cooler than the 3900x but just to be safe, the stock cooler is nice but something better will help alot to get rid of that heat.

But yeah, Ryzen 3900 or the 3950 would work nicely, if ya REALLY want to spend some cred, go for the Threadripper 3990

The power supply has enough watts to run this system, but what bothers me is that it's a bronze rated 80+. I would suspect the PSU, but what might help is checking each power connection even the PCIE connection on the graphics card, or performing a bios reset to clear previous settings.

These four units are all in tier A of our tier list, chances are you would never notice a difference between them. You can pick randomly and be fine, or just go with the one that offers the longest warranty.
