    7 ARGB Fans

My mistake, misread the origional post. Alright well Mastercool also uses a USB connection so you can connect it via USB from the motherboard, or just do a direct connection using the ARGB header that is the 5v. To solve this issue of a shortage of ARGB headers, sense you need 8 in all you can use splitters on the original hub. I've done this myself and it works great, you will need something like this... https://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-ARGB-Splitter-Cable/dp/B081RVKCG5/ref=sr_1_3?crid=6O0NZOT0UQLW&dchild=1&keywords=argb+splitter+3+pin&qid=1585985788&s=electronics&sprefix=ARGB+splitter+%2Celectronics%2C170&sr=1-3 As for the CPU cooler, if it is a 4 pin, then it should be fine on a 12v hookup, otherwise you should be able to use one of the open ports on the splitter to hook up the cooler.

    7 ARGB Fans

you'll need to find a Corsair ARGB splitter and hook it up to the controller, something like this: THAT IS if you have 7 corsair fans to hook up... 1 sec (research time :D) https://www.ebay.com/i/372525759121?chn=ps&norover=1&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-117182-37290-0&mkcid=2&itemid=372525759121&targetid=883027960686&device=c&mktype=pla&googleloc=9019551&poi=&campaignid=9423618867&mkgroupid=95066753945&rlsatarget=pla-883027960686&abcId=1141016&merchantid=6296724&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIkujevZ7O6AIVDz0MCh1Y3QV0EAQYBCABEgI09fD_BwE
  3. Sometimes vertical mounts have brackets that hold the GPU in place like a motherboard, unless you plan to move this thing around alot, or possibly bump it into many walls, otherwise you should be fine.

    7 ARGB Fans

The nice thing about coolermaster it is compatible with direct hookup to the motherboard via 3pin 5v ARGB setup, yay. The problem with Corsair is the connection to their fans like UL, and LL fans are proprietary, so you will either need a splitter, from 1 to 2, or buy a second hub. Coolermaster can use its own hub, should come with one in the case, the software will load up and save what ever profile you put onto the controller, once set, you don't need to run 'Mastercool' program in the background. Corsair doesn't do this and requires the software to run in the background, also known as iQUE.
  5. Well AIO's typically rely on motherboards to supply power to them, not the PSU, unless you are using a sata connection to power it then it will also be running. However, the hard drives? Run into a similar problem. The power supply looks to NOT separate the peripherals based on which system that it is hooked up to. Best bet is to use two separate power supplies. Nice idea, but I don't see how else this will work unless you have a custom circuit using logic gates.
  6. I would hold off on building anything or buying anything for a bit, due to this whole ordeal, the prime time to build a machine was about 3 months ago. the new Xbox would perform on par to a mid range gaming desktop in today's standards, but with NO expandability... meaning when it comes to upgrade that GPU, CPU, Powersupply, Memory, good luck.
  7. oh dear lord that is a old xfx gpu... Well a FX series board usually indicates a AMD series Motherboard, during the FX era of CPU's... AMD's failure when it comes to a CPU, though still better than a Intel® Core™2 Duo... It will run games on like... minimal settings at best. Nice find though, if it works.
  8. Wait till 3000 series RTX comes out, suppose to be lower in cost and better TDP as they are going to be using a 7nm die, also suppose to cost less, but they said the same thing about the 2000 series, we've seen where that went.
  9. 7-Nahimic is an audio software, probably an audio loop that is probably meant for streaming or something along those lines. The BenQ is your monitor, as HDMI or Displayport is able to transmit audio code though the cable to the monitor. Glad that the problem was resolved though.
  10. As long as you DONT TOUCH THE PINS ON THE BOARD... or bend any pins, you should be good. Frickin Linus video with blindfold build gave me nightmares for WEEKS.
  11. have you tried setting the Realtek as your default audio output? Sometimes the GPU would take priority. Usually disable or turn off any Nvidia outputs. sometimes a menu will show up like this when right clicking, set up as default device for which device you are trying to output on.
  12. Old and very HOT card mind you. I have a similar card and if anything were to fail on it would probably be the solder joints. I wont recommend it, but some people bake their cards, just make sure to remove anything that is plastic first... like the shroud. This should reflow the solder in the GPU and once cooled can solidify the contacts. I would recommend looking into get another card though, because its just down hill from here.
  13. I have the pro gaming carbon board, it isn't bad, just... make sure you have fan PWM splitters as there is 4 fan ports on the bottom, 2 on top and 1 pump port on top. Also this build doesn't include fans themselves, if you want something fancy, cooler master makes really nice fans for a set of 3. One more thing, I recommend investing in a water cooler or a better air cooling unit for the 3950x, its cooler than the 3900x but just to be safe, the stock cooler is nice but something better will help alot to get rid of that heat. Fans https://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-MasterFan-Addressable-Independently-Controlled/dp/B082LRNQJG?ref_=ast_sto_dp&th=1&psc=1
  14. probably the 3900x then, and go for a good GPU like a 2080 (non TI) Half your cost will be the GPU and Processor
  15. Intel? what is that? But yeah, Ryzen 3900 or the 3950 would work nicely, if ya REALLY want to spend some cred, go for the Threadripper 3990
  16. Nothing wrong with Nas drives though they are usually used in RAID configs, the GPU is something to question though and possibly the memory, 2133 is stock speed for this system.
  17. that is probably all it can support, OEM manufactures most times only code what is going to be used in their product line. Probably stuck to finding a B series APU.
  18. They are basically the same, just the B has ever so slightly better graphics. The integrated Graphics is a Radeon HD 7480D. http://www.cpu-world.com/Compare/197/AMD_A4-Series_A4-5300_vs_AMD_A4-Series_A4-5300B.html I'd say it SHOULD work, but knowing companies like HP they use OEM parts that are 'HP' branded and recognized in the bios. You can try but it really comes down to HP, if they were being a dick or not.
  19. well, so far its... OK but not recommended... If I was in this position ill just buy the mouse and save your money to get a better keyboard/headset. you go over budget by 19.95, and this doesn't include tax Mouse: https://www.amazon.com/SteelSeries-Rival-110-Gaming-Mouse/dp/B075LD4YY6?ref_=ast_sto_dp&th=1&psc=1 keyboard: https://www.amazon.com/SteelSeries-Apex-Mechanical-Gaming-Keyboard/dp/B07ZGDPT4M?ref_=ast_sto_dp&th=1 Mousepad: https://www.amazon.com/SteelSeries-QcK-Cloth-Gaming-Mouse/dp/B000UEZ37G?ref_=ast_sto_dp&th=1&psc=1 headset: https://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Stereo-Gaming-Headset-Nintendo/dp/B07MDPCQTZ?ref_=ast_sto_dp&th=1&psc=1
  20. I can only see a mouse and a mat for that much and maybe a headset... Steelseries makes some good mice... hmmm 1 second...
  21. It should be fine, but you might run into bottlenecks in the CPU.
  22. compatibility list for your Motherboard, from Gskill https://www.gskill.com/configurator?page=1&cls=1529635169&manufacturer=1524715126&chipset=1539226265&model=1539226516
  23. also 3rd gen Ryzens perform better than Intel 9th gen counterparts (for price per performance, and most bench marks). Gskill is supported by most if not all Motherboard manufactures, but if you don't know, Gskill should have a list of compatible motherboards for the memory you are trying to use. Gskill is very flexible and probably one of my top choices when it comes to memory. Though I'm with Fasuceome, you will save a bit more on Ryzen and can get a higher bandwidth on the memory (3600 and up).
  24. It should be accurate, its a HP Omen, last thing they need is a lawsuit for false advertising.
