wish me luck on the build next weekend and hope everything goes smooth

I do some 3D art and texturing (4K/8K textures) on my free time so that's one reason I went so high, and plus I don't usually upgrade for about 5-7 years so I wanted something to last

I'm building a new PC this weekend, but i'm wondering if my current rig before the upgrade is bottlenecking, I ask cuz theres a game or two I notice that freezes for 5 seconds few times a hour (I notice it usually happens when CPU hits 100%) but other games dont. I know on my new build I won't be bottlenecking at all. Would like some opinions on my new build/PC Upgrade,that i'm building in about 2 weeks, It will be used for gaming/3D art.
