So basically I wanna buy a laptop under $1000 CAD, not specifically looking for a gaming laptop but for a sleek and portable laptop with good battery backup, any suggestions would be appreciated, i most likely wanna buy it from bestbuy.ca since I have their gift card worth $300. And also not wanna go for Macbook, im a windows guy.

I was building my pc for the first time and I have connected all the other wires , i just dont know where to put these rgb splitter wires and the 2 Fan header wires in the bottom of the image, My motherboard has only 2 Fan headers. I have 4 fans in this case so i dont know where to put the 2 fan headers shown in this picture and im unsure where to connect the RGB Splitter wire at the top. My Case is : Corsair Carbide Delta Spec RGB Motherboard: B550m ds3h (gigabyte) I dont have fan hub or anything in the case so yea.

Hey , i recently upgrade my pc where i upgraded my Ryzen 3 2200G to Ryzen 5 5600x and Motherboard Gigabyte A320M to Gigabyte B550M DS3H. Ever since i upgraded my mouse keeps getting disconnected and windows displays me a message that my mouse malfunctioned and doesnt fix itself, I have to manuelly reconnect my mouse to usb again. (I have Razer DeathAdder Essential) The thing that confuses me is that im not able to track my problem whether its my mouse or motherboard/cpu upgrade thats causing my mouse malfunction. Basically its just my mouse that is disconnecting even if i change the usb. I have several usb devices connected like my Keyboard,webcam,speakers, bluetooth; any of them have never disconnected its just my mouse always. I have tried several methods to fix , which are given : First i thought it was a motherboard issue so i googled and saw that several ppl had this issue with my motherboard and there were several suggestion to update to the bios update where they patched usb dropouts, that didnt fix it. Not only this i tried to use PCIe gen3. interchanging usb ports for my mouse to check if its just that one port.

I have only 1 usb which is bootable windows 10 drive , is it possible if i cut and paste folders from it somewhere in my laptop and then use that usb drive to update motherboard bios , then back again simply copy and paste the windows file in the drive. would that work or is there something else i gotta do to make the usb drive bootable?

Its just stuck here if i try to install windows 10 from a bootable drive

Basically i upgraded my pc setup today in which i upgraded my CPu and motherboard. My old setup: CPU Ryzen 3 2200G A320M Gigabyte Motherboard GeForce GTX 1650 super 8GB x 2 RAM 450W PSU I bought Ryzen 5600x and B550M Gigabyte motherboard today. after replacing my cpu and motherboard i tried booting up my windows it didnt , then i tried to install new windows using my bootable pendrive that isnt working as well. When i try to boot up my pc it says "Preparing Automatic Repairs" and its stuck there for hours. If i try to install windows using bootable pendrive , that isnt working as well. (Im able to go to bios and check, everything is working fine all the components are detected over there) if anyone have any clue pls let me know!

I live in india , thats why . 12600k is 100$ more expensive than 5600x , thats why i went with this cpu

So i had a budget for Ryzen 5 5600x and a B550M motherboard. I had a laptop lying around in my house and i have a hdmi cable , is there a way i can use my laptop as my second monitor for my pc ? I heard its not possible as i did not find any way to do on google other that projecting to the pc. My pc does not support miracast/projection wirelessly. If anyone knows if there is a workaraound to this pls lmk.

I dont know if the samsung 970 evo plus is really worth the price , i can see that the read and write speed have a major difference , but i dont know if my needs are that high for a ssd. Let me know what is the best option!
