  1. Fan curve, where im able to adjust everything and i also clicked on “force fan speed update on each period” theres also fan speed update period (in milliseconds) its at 5,000 if that makes a difference?
  2. So right now i have it fanspeed%\temp 45% to 30*c 55% to 40*c 65% to 50*c 75% to 60*c 85% to 70*c 90% to 75*c
  3. I have a fan but theres no way for me to install it because the holes dont have threads to screw the fans too, same with the side panel
  4. It almost seems like it doesnt push the fan speed to 100 around 70ish the rpm is so low idk why
  5. Im using a fractal design r5 ive got two running fans in the front (i made them go full load) if thats safe and one in the rear
  6. Is there a sweet spot for a fan curve? For the 2070 super?
  7. No the stutters and low fps is every once in a while so ill close the game and relaunch and itll be fine, i used the 1060 and it never did that, do you think i should uninstall all remaining drivers and install new ones?
  8. I feel like i bother this forum so much but it worries me, so i bought the founders edition rt 2070 super, its core clock is 1605mhz and boost is 1770mhz, is it normal for the card to go past its boost clock like say 1950MHZ???? My card is always so hot, i dont know what to do with the fan curve while using msi afterburner i always go fanspeed/temp 50/40 60/50 70/60 etc.. and it still reaches around 75*c and i know apex is gpu heavy but in apex’s lobby my cards at 72*C (not playing anything), also every now n then when i start up apex it sit in the loading screen with 5 fps and the game stutters, i uninstalled all the old drivers and installed new ones, im so lost. I feel like the higher the fan speed i set it too on afterburner, it doesnt reach the designated fan speed i set it too, like i have 90% fan speed when it reaches 75*c and 80% fan speed when it reaches 70*c
  9. There is no OC with gpu or cpu, just upgraded my 1060 to a 2070 super. So is it the %load or the temp for bottlenecking to occur? I just loaded up star wars battlefront 2, and in the loading screen the cpu was at 100%load and gpu was at 11%. In the lobby the GPU is 100% (which i mean its always 100%) how it should be , and the cpu’s load it goes from 28-39% 39% load being the highest just in game lobby and itll go back n forth between 28-40% load (idk if it means anything) and the temps of the cpu is 42 degrees celcius and the gpu (i know it gets hot, how its suppose to) its at 72-74 degrees celcius. So right now playing the gpu is at 100% and the cpu’s lowest is 38% in some areas to 89 % load, i saw hit hit 100% a few times but the temps were low
  10. I currently have a i7-6700k and a rtx 2070 Super FE -i plan on building a new Rig in June i already have the mobo and ram picked out i’m just debating if i do a 9700k if it’d be worth it or a 9900k, i have a 165hz monitor at 1080p. motherboard i chose is a MSI MPG Z390 gaming pro carbon with a corsair H100i RGB AIO liquid cooler, with g.skill trident z ddr4 3200mhz 2x8 rgb with a EVGA Supernova G3 750w 80+gold psu, i already have the case btw (lian li case). This build would be my very first setup ive built (personally) the rig i have now was built from a friend that he used for 2 years, replaced the 1060 with the 2070 super yesterday
  11. I know the rtx cards get pretty hot but im using a rtx 2070 super & msi afterburner to try and find the sweet spot to stay below 75 underload i get nervous when i see my temps rise while playing Apex Legends should i click the box that says “force fan speed update on each period”?
  12. Ok so i took the side panel off of my case and i played a match of apex and the max temp was 70-71 celcius which is a lot better than 80, the side panel (inside) is mesh based which im sure it holds in heat. It has a spot for a fan but the only fan i have is a molex and it wont screw in
  13. So i shouldnt be worried? It will go into a new build in 2 or so months, with 6 fans (not including the gpu fans, 3 stock fans (i moved to the front, then ill have a AIO liquid cooler thatll have 2 fans and a Corsair rgb fan in the rear
  14. My 1060 6gb underload was like at 64 degrees celcius max
  15. I mean is it something i should worry about? For the cooler i have the noctua nh d14, but the side panel of my case is warm
