I was not expecting Nvidia to release a new Pascal card in 2021.
 
Maybe if we pretend like this is a really good graphics card all the scalpers will rush out to buy it, then get stuck with a bunch they can't sell.
Wow, the GT 1010!? I've been waiting for this for years! This is going to be the best value graphics card on the market! Hopefully I will be able to buy one on launch!

£500 tight budget but a 3400g with 16GB ram in a mATX case would do fine 

i mean gtx 770 for over 40$ is not that great. it perfroms little worse than gtx 1050 which usually goes 40-50$ and it uses much more power.

Technically, it's possible, but that will mean lots of modification to your case. For starters, your PSU will block your motherboard IO. You also need to cut your bottom plate for your GPU IO as well.
 
In this case, you might one to custom design your case already. normal PC cases are not design for this type of motherboard mounting, and you will need to modify heavily to make it works.

I can't imagine this fitting unless you were willing to drill and tap new holes for the mobo standoffs. Which, granted, you could do if you really wanted to.
 
If you really wanted to do this, you could just make a 'rack' with four fairly tall feet that would allow you to set a PC case down on its back, with enough clearance to allow the cables to run. No other modded equipment needed. The only drawback would be that all your I/O would be on the back, which IMO would be a pain in the butt to say the least. Depending on your desk size, placement in the room, and room lighting, rear I/O can already be annoying enough.
 
If you're going to all this trouble to save desk space or whatever, why not just get a compact mATX or mini ITX case, or build an all-in-one from a laptop mobo or a Raspberry Pi?

A and B are for your floppy drives, C is for your boot drive. That is just sort of the "rule" in Windows and because backwards compatibility that ha just never changed.
 
The same sort of compatibility makes it so you can't make a file (or folder) with the name "CON". Or AUX, etc. They are system reserved, for backwards compatibility reasons.
 

In the past A and B were typically floppy drives and C was the OS drive. Later on, D was usually the CD-ROM drive. Doesn't really matter, its just kind of convention.

the main internet data center in Iran is located in Milad Tower (a skyscraper at the heart of Tehran) and internet has been connecting and disconnecting multiple time since yesterday because of power shortage

It's either a virus or Windows Update, since he has an HDD.

How much RAM do you have and are you running Windows off of an SSD or HDD?
Also, I'm not sure if it's possible to reduce its RAM usage beyond ~150MB or so.

Providing any Vista ISO download would likely be considered piracy, which is against forum rules. There is no legal way to obtain Windows Vista without physical media.
