I prefer IPS. Kindly suggest a few value for money 27inch IPS with 144hz preferably.

I have provided the links of my local shops above. The price difference is there to see. The market here is a bit complicated that standard western MSRP market. Hence, I am confused.

See i know future proofing is obsolete. My intent was that I will play mainly dota2, pubg for coming years at high refresh rate. Other AAA titles are just time passers. GPU performance tends to diminish by 10-15% every year considering new releases. I understand that completely. I an not fanciful of playing at the same settings and same refresh rates for all years to come. I am more concerned about the longevity of the products I buy to assemble my system. With time I would scale down settings if I want to play AAA. As for dota 2 & pubg then dont scale up that much to diminish gpu value with time. I hope I am able to convey my intentions properly. In view of the these facts I am seeking all of your advises.

2060 is better than 5600xt performance?

I plan on building a value build for gaming. I intend to play on 1080p 144hz monitor. Kindly suggest the best value monitor which would last atleast 6 years minimum

I plan to build a gaming rig that would last a minimum of 6 years. I mainly play dota 2, pubg and Xplane 11. I intend to play other modern games AAA games and surely the upcoming Flight Simulator 2020. I would play on 1080p with 144Hz refresh rate. I prefer to play with high settings and not ultra. I am confused between RX 5600xt and Rtx 2060. I do not intend to use the ray tracing. Just want the best value for performance. I am leaning more towards rx 5600XT, but I am confused with the brand. I am in India and the prices here are a bit weird that typical western market. However, I am confused with manufacturers like Saphire, MSI, Zotac, Gigabyte & Asus Strix series. Please advise me about which one I should buy. Thanks in advance.
