Yeah i had a strong feeling that the CPU was the main reason, any ideas or recommendations on which CPU would fit best and give good performance with my build?

I recently just bought a PC from a friend for only a price of $200 as he was getting rid of it. I've been using it on some games for a while and doesn't seem as fast as it sounds like it should be. I've only played two games since i've had it as my internet is not the best and takes a while to download. GTA: I was getting around 20-40FPS, Minecraft: I was getting around 150-200 FPS So i thought i'd come and ask for opinions if its good or bad and what i should upgrade to get the fullest potential out of it. CPU: AMD A10-7850K RAM: 16.0GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 797MHz MotherBoard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. A88XM-E (FM2+ ) Graphics Card: 4GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti Storage: 931GB Seagate ST1000DM 003-1SB10C SATA Disk Device SSD: 111GB V Series SATA SSD 120GB SATA Disk Device PowerSupply: Not too sure on what it is. Think its 500W CPU cooling, just a regular fan i'm pretty sure Also have a few fans one on the back and one on the front
