  14. No, but the bandwidth to your graphics card will be limited if your graphics card can use PCIE - GEN 4 or newer.
  15. I would recommend that you get a PSU that can supply more power since your computer only seems to shut down while it is under load.

  18. I am assuming you are using Windows. So have you tried it with other media players such as Media Player which comes installed on Windows because personally, I believe VLC sucks.

  20. Apparently, the USB-A port next to the USB-C port is also usb 3.1. Do you happen to have anything plugged into it?
