well its connected via ethernet a 200mb/s cable (also at one point via adapter but that also had the issue) I just installed a Kraken Z x62 and I think it I might've damaged my board or something cause this started after I installed it

yea so my upload speed is supposed to be 50mb/s and it is 50mb/s on my laptop and phone yet not on my PC
