Would a retired Point-of-Sales make a good gamer?? Here's a system that piqued my curiosity. This is a Diebold-Nixdorf BEETLE/M-III. According to the Diebold-Nixdorf web site, this machine can run Intel Core i5-9500E, 6x 3.0-4.2 GHz and use up to 32Gb of DDR4 RAM. A product information PDF can be found on the DN web site. DN says this machine can use POSReady7/Windows 7 and Win10 IoT Enterprise. The docs doesn't say anything about Win10 Pro. Being made for retail point-of-sales, this machine has some exotic parts like 12V and 24V USB. I don't know if such exotic parts would interfere with playing games.
If Linus can get one and test it as a gamer, that would be awesome. Any more knowledge about this system would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks so much!
