  1. God I love Firefox and it's plethora of options and opportunities for customization.
  2. 1. Terran 2. Bronze 3. NA 4. Filco Majestouch 2 Tenkeyless and, Razer Deathadder and SteelSeries QCK Im glad I have the Filco, it's built like a tank and I can pound on it quite hard when I am frustrated, like qxc style rage. I also use a left handed layout. I'm not left handed; I shattered my right wrist 2 years ago and using a mouse with it hurts but keyboard is fine, so I got the Deathadder left-handed edition and play like that. Unlike Naniwa I use the right side of the keyboard for better erganomics.
  3. You got enough outlets in the bathroom for all this equipment? The current draw must be pretty big.
  4. Vessel Username: Lightyear Link 1: https://www.vessel.com/videos/aBRl_4ZS6 Link 2: https://www.vessel.com/videos/LCoY5zfFf
  5. I feel that it should be up to the broadcaster to set the delay if that's the way Twitch wants to do things. It ruins interaction on smaller streams.
  6. I don't have a use for this yet, but in a few months I will. It'll be interesting to see how well this turns out.
  7. Yeah, that's why I'm waiting. I almost bought one now just to put my current build in since my CM Storm Scout 2 has a tinny rattle that can be annoying sometimes, but I decided against it since Fractal will probably release a new version in a years time.
  8. This is making me second guess my choice for a Define R4 case for my next build in about a year. I love that someone finally took the leap of not including the 5.25" bays. More space for fans and drives, although the amount of possible hard drives is pretty sparse.
  9. Nor should it have been. Machinima is widely known to have scummy business practices as well as treating their directors like crap. Avoid them like the plague. It doesn't suprise me at all that this may violate FTC regulations. What do companies as big as Microsoft care? The real shame should be for the YouTubers taking this money. They are being blatantly dishonest with their audiance to get paid under the table.
  10. Actually that is something that someone with perfect pitch should be able to do. If you tell me a note, I can reproduce it instantly. This skill helps in singing since you don't need a reference note before you start. That's why you usually hear a single note played before a choir performance. Someone with perfect pitch doesn't need that since they can sight sing notes on a sheet of music without it. It won't help your singing voice however (timbre), as mine is crap.
  11. Tyler mentioned in the video that while upsampling to 192kHz is useless but not harmful, I would like to point out that audio with higher sampling rates can sometimes actually be detremental to the listening experience. This article is in the FAQ, but it deserves to be posted again (I've linked it at the relevant section): https://www.xiph.org/~xiphmont/demo/neil-young.html#toc_1ch Basically if your setup is not capable of playing high sampling rate digital audio, the high sampling rate can audibly distort the sound and can be detrimental to the listening experience. Great video though!
  12. I'm home for Christmas but forgot my charging cables for my iPod and iPad. One uses lightning and one uses the 30-pin. So I ask my sister if I can borrow one (she has both the lightning and 30-pin cables) to charge my iPad and this is how the conversation goes: Me: Can I borrow your 30-pin cable to charge my iPad? Her: What's that? Me: You know how Apple came out with a new cable a while back, they called it the lightning connector? I need the older one. Her: I don't understand. Me: OK, Apple has a big charging connector and a small charging connector. I need to borrow the bigger one. Her: Oh ok. It's behind by music stand. 9 Hours later... Her: *Takes the cable I borrowed mid charging, dropping my iPad in the process* You took the wrong one. *leaves* (She needed to charge her iPhone which requires the 30-pin and she though I had the other one the whole time.) I love her but man her lack of tech knowledge frustrates me sometimes.
