i found a good mb for i513500 - GIGABYTE B760 DS3H AX DDR4, i don't want to change the ram , only the cpu and mb -

Hello, i am thinking about buying RTX 4070 Ti, some people say it's good , some people noy, bcs of the price idk, i want to know is it good to buy it?, i am in czech republim now and prices may be different from where you are

i am connected with Ethernet cable, 3 weeks ago everything was okay and now not, for 3 weeks i have this problem, only thing i have changed was the name of my wifi, idk i didn't touch anything in modem settings only changed wifi names

My internet speed i 350Mbps download and upload 300, but in games sometimes ping is going up and down idk what to do or how to fix
