If I don't shut the pc off the gpu fries, happened to the gpu I was replacing while testing this problem

Same problem across multiple MB and GPUs

No IGPU and I was already running in safe mode for that. I should also add that the fans spin on boot but before windows starts they stop.

Neither of these solutions work, after installing the driver software it says no NVIDIA gpu connected.

Unfortunately Afterburner doesn't even detect the GPU

My brand new RTX 3070's fans don't spin after boot and it gives me error code 43 when I check it in the device manager. I've tried updating the drivers, deleting and replacing the drivers, using a fresh install of windows, changing motherboards, swapping pcie slots, and changing gpus, the only things I haven't swapped around are the CPU, memory, and the power supply. Video will push through the card but this just results in the card overheating if I don't turn the pc off in a few mins. Does anyone know what the issue may be?

Graphics card: 5700 xt red devil (oc bios) When i play games in fullscreen and borderless windowed mode sometimes, normally when interacting with some sort of UI, my monitor loses signal for a second and when it comes back im on the desktop. I can still 'open' the game window but all i see is the desktop. I can still interact with things in the game normally but i am unable to see anything due to being stuck on the desktop. i tried alt tabbing out then back in, updating the drivers, wiping drivers and redownloading. pls help
